How to measure AI visibility for cybersecurity platforms?

It is measured with a fixed bank of unbranded prompts and a count of verified mentions. CrowdStrike is the cybersecurity platforms brand ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name most in Mexico: 13.8% of mentions over the 4 weeks ending September 14, 2026, with a clear lead over SentinelOne (6.3%). It appears in 51.0% of the 100 answers.

Bar chart: cybersecurity platforms, Mexico. CrowdStrike 13.8%, SentinelOne 6.3%, Splunk 6.1%, Fortinet 4.2%. AuraMetrics Benchmark, 4-week window closed on September 14, 2026, 100 answers, 3 models.

In Mexico, CrowdStrike holds 13.8% of the brand mentions that ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude produce when asked in Spanish about cybersecurity platforms. SentinelOne is second with 6.3%. The figure comes from 100 answers analysed in the 4-week window closed on September 14, 2026, and it measures presence in the answer itself: how often each model names a brand when the prompt asks for platforms in the category. CrowdStrike appears in 51.0% of those answers. The relation between first and second is a clear lead, with CrowdStrike's share sitting above SentinelOne's range. Splunk and Fortinet follow at a distance.

For the brands competing in the category, the reference is a single name. CrowdStrike appears in 51.0% of the answers across the three models and SentinelOne, the runner-up, in 31.0%. For any other cybersecurity platform the starting point is a category where the head is set in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude and the distance from first to second is already wide. Visibility in AI for this category reads as a share of mentions and as a share of answers, and on both measures the same brand sits on top in this window.

How I measured it

In the 4-week window closed on September 14, 2026 I gathered 100 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude about cybersecurity platforms in Mexico. The public benchmark measures every week which brands ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name across 20 markets and 15 industries, in Spanish and in English. The models are queried through their APIs and without web search. Every mention is counted against a curated brand registry, with whole-word matching. Every brand that appears in a Quick Insight has been reviewed by a person. A brand's mention share is its part of the category's verified mentions in the period. The 95% interval is the margin of error of the share, calculated with the Wilson method. I calculate it on mentions and on answers. I publish a lead as clear when the second brand's share falls outside the leader's interval in both calculations. Inside it, it is a statistical tie.

Scope of the data

What to do with this figure

  1. Measure the brand with the same category prompts. Prompt Tracking runs prompts on the five engines.
  2. See which sources AI cites when it answers about the category. Prompt Tracking shows, for each prompt and model, the sources the answer cited, and AI Market Leaders groups them by brand.
  3. Review the site's technical signals with the GEO Score and the GEO Framework. The GEO Score scores the site from 0 to 100 on the four pillars of the GEO Framework. See Marco GEO

About AuraMetrics

AuraMetrics measures how a brand appears in AI answers and validates the technical implementation behind that presence. The GEO Score is calculated on the GEO Framework, a public four-pillar methodology. It analyzes the sources AI cites. It measures visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Claude. It checks whether a shopping agent can buy from a store, with UCP checks. It turns citation gaps into a content plan with drafts. It generates llms.txt, OKF and ARD files. It delivers shareable reports and runs as white label for agencies. It publishes a weekly benchmark across 20 markets and 15 industries, and the Observatory of brands in AI.
