By accessing or using the AuraMetrics website (aurametrics.io), including subscribing to our waitlist, newsletter, or any service offered through the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the site.
2. Description of Service
AuraMetrics is a platform of generative SEO, Analytics, and Merchant Center tools currently in private beta. Available services include:
Waitlist: Registration of interest for early access to platform tools. Registration does not guarantee immediate access or access on a specific date.
Newsletter: Periodic communications with content about generative SEO, analytics, and AI optimization.
Blog: Informational and educational articles publicly available in Spanish and English.
Premium Services: Specialized consulting (Brand Snapshot, Prompt Simulation, Checkout Audit) subject to individual agreements.
3. Beta Status and Availability
AuraMetrics is under active development. Tools, features, and content may change, be modified, or discontinued without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific results derived from using our tools.
4. Registration and Account
To access certain features, you may need to provide an email address. By doing so, you represent that the information provided is truthful and that you are over 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Attempt to access restricted areas of the system. Collect data from other users without their consent. Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the service without express authorization. Use automated tools to extract content from the site.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content — including texts, designs, logos, graphics, code, and tools — is the property of AuraMetrics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
7. Blog Content
Articles published on the AuraMetrics blog are for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice. AuraMetrics is not responsible for decisions made based on published content.
8. Limitation of Liability
AuraMetrics is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraMetrics shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of opportunities.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. AuraMetrics does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Cancellation
You can cancel your waitlist or newsletter subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@aurametrics.io or using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
