Insurtech holds 7.5% of the mentions in Spanish answers about insurance software, with 37 mentions in 97 answers, in the 4-week window closed on September 14, 2026, across ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Those 37 mentions sit in 38.1% of the Spanish answers. The same prompts in English, with 97 answers and 540 mentions spread across the category, leave Insurtech out of the ranking: the brand is absent from the English side of the benchmark.
The answer changes with the language. In Spanish, Insurtech is the first name of the category. In English, the models name other brands and Insurtech stays out, and the distance between the two languages is the whole of its Spanish share. For any brand competing in insurance software, the reference is split: a presence built in Spanish answers says little about the English ones, and a lead in one language coexists with absence in the other. The Spanish market and the English market are two separate readings of the same category, taken in the same window and in the same three models.
How I measured it
In the 4-week window closed on September 14, 2026 I gathered 97 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude about insurance software in Global. The public benchmark measures every week which brands ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name across 20 markets and 15 industries, in Spanish and in English. The models are queried through their APIs and without web search. Every mention is counted against a curated brand registry, with whole-word matching. Every brand that appears in a Quick Insight has been reviewed by a person. A brand's mention share is its part of the category's verified mentions in the period. The 95% interval is the margin of error of the share, calculated with the Wilson method. I calculate it on mentions and on answers. I publish a lead as clear when the second brand's share falls outside the leader's interval in both calculations. Inside it, it is a statistical tie.
