Each of the two brands appears in 40.0% of those answers. The result is a statistical tie, and the same tie already held in the previous window. AppFolio sits fourth with 5.6%, close to the pair and inside a narrow band of shares that separates the first positions of the category.

For the brands competing in the category, the reference at the top is double. Inmuebles24 and Properati hold the same share of voice and the same count of answers in the three models, and the picture repeats from one window to the next. The distance to AppFolio is short, so the head of the category in Peru stays open, with two names in front and the next positions close behind them.

How I measured it

In the 4-week window closed on October 12, 2026 I gathered 35 answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude about real estate portals and software in Peru. The public benchmark measures every week which brands ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude name across 20 markets and 15 industries, in Spanish and in English. The models are queried through their APIs and without web search. Every mention is counted against a curated brand registry, with whole-word matching. Every brand that appears in a Quick Insight has been reviewed by a person. A brand's mention share is its part of the category's verified mentions in the period. The 95% interval is the margin of error of the share, calculated with the Wilson method. I calculate it on mentions and on answers. I publish a lead as clear when the second brand's share falls outside the leader's interval in both calculations. Inside it, it is a statistical tie.
